When people think the color of diamond, the transparent color automatically comes to mind. In reality, diamond contains some hint of color. The color ranges from a near colorless to yellowish to brownish. The color is caused by the presence of nitrogen in the earth where they are formed.
The whiter the diamond, the more valuable and more desirable. This is because the more transparent the diamond, the more light is to pass through and the more brilliance the diamond become.
